        Today 06/26/2023 I have tried to call this MetroPCS retail store to get info on switching to their service from cricket. They have not answered the phone all day. I have tried to call five different times. So with that said I will definitely not be switching my service to MetroPCS. It's a shame too because I've had cricket for the past six years. I would have been a loyal customer.

      image Today 06/26/2023 I have tried to call this MetroPCS retail store to get info on switching to their service from cricket. They have not answered the phone all day.
