Do yourself a favor and don't bank here. My debit card gets locked every 1-2 weeks thinking that my purchases are "fraud." Additionally, I keep trying to make out-of-state purchases through Ebay and escrow, and this bank makes purchasing needed items with so much difficulty. Because of this, I am switching to Simmons Bank.

Ive had more issues than ever at this bank, and their poor customer service skills dont heighten a yearn for staying at this bank. Always left disappointed.

Auto Loan Everything went smoothly till I went to make my first payment and couldn't figure out how - called, and to my surprise, almost any way you will want to pay incurs a fee. Want to pay online (what every CU or bank offers for free)? $5! Want to pay over the phone? $10! Not a deal breaker, just not used to jumping through hoops to pay a loan. Plus, I thought there were benefits to using a credit union? CFCU, the union we typically use, doesn't charge any of these fees. Save yourself some time and money and use them. Guess im stuck doing a deposit into their savings account (so they can use my money to make more money), waiting for it to hit the account, logging back in and paying the loan. Just such a process to pay your loan for "free."

Honestly I feel weird for even getting them one star rating because they don't deserve that at all. As they were proceeding to off me into overdraft I mentioned something about an emergency and they stop and said if you plan on going negative we can't do it we won't do it. At the same time knowing every single month my deposit hits for a little less than $1,000 on time and absolutely refused to allow me my right to overdraft in my account. Even though it was to their full knowledge it was for a unexpected emergency in my situation. At this point I am extremely regretful that I ever allowed a dollar my money to go to their financial institution when they can't even proudly help their pain customers. Changing Banks immediately and closing my account I want no part of that anti-customer friendly helpfulness service joke of a financial institution. I'm already prepared and fully understand that they are going to have an immediate response to this review claiming that they care about their customers this that and the other but let me go ahead and say before they do that that is absolutely disrespectfu to the max to me as there once upon a time customer for them to do this when they do trying to make me look like a fool but it's whatever life is life and banks are going to be whatever they are.
