THIS PLACE SCAMS PEOPLE! I went in to have my alternator checked to see if it was working or not; the man at the front desk checked it out for at least 5 minutes and came back saying it was completely dead.
I had a gut feeling it wasnt true, so I kept my alternator (Napa wanted $40 more than AutoZone for a replacement) and figured out what was actually wrong with my truck (just bad old gas in the tank, ironically) and the truck STARTED RIGHT UP WITH MY ALTERNATOR IN IT! Guess my gut was correct. Id give 0/5 if I could. Ive also heard since this incident that Napa in Stillwater does this to others as well.. ARE THERE ANY HONEST MECHANICS ETC ANYMORE?

I had taken my drive shaft to get the u joints replaced. I usually do it my self but I thought why not. Took it there it stayed for about 5 hours. Threw the drive shaft back on the truck got on the high way and my truck was shaking like crazy couldnt go over 40 mph I stop at a gas station and get under the truck and try to wiggle drive shaft and its got over 6 thousands of play in it. I call Napa and all I get it a huge argument i go in the store talk to the guy Josh that did the work on it and hes going into say that stuffs worn on my truck I dont know what Im talking about. Just taking trash the whole time having an attitude and speaking really loud. They wont do anything about it they say its on me. Saying he did it right and this and that he just didnt wanna be told my a 20yr. He says hes certified but he doesnt know anything Im not even sure how he got the job. I wouldnt bring anything to Napa to get worked on especially a drive shaft. Worst service Ive ever had.

I want to know why yall fired one of your best salesman without hearing his side I think that's pretty messed up only hearing one side
