I hired Ivy Construction to raise a line of my cabinets on one wall up approximately 2 so my new refrigerator could fit under the cabinets where it belongs. I had miscalculated the height of the new refrigerator. The owner of Ivy Construction, Nathan Bledsoe, was extremely responsive in responding to my emails and explaining to me the possible problems that could arise when taking the cabinets off the wall and lifting them up. His men were in and out in only a couple of hours and in let us know where a section of molding on top had never been properly attached. They were polite, friendly and very professional. Thankfully, none of the possible problems arose and the price was exactly what he quoted me.

This company did a very inadequate job in regards to communication, not following their contract with the client, not showing up to do the work because of many excuses, and the owner Nathan doesn't know the meaning of customer service at all. He only cares about his bottom line to the detrement of the client. Beware this company! He took alot of money up front from my client than kept making her comprise with substitutions, ordered the wrong supplies, than blamed her and abandoned the job leaving her with a stressful mess. No integrity or honesty. Only good thing I can say is his worker Trayton was conscientious and amicable. Do not use this company!
