We rented a house from lane homes and was treated worse than dirt. My fiancee and I are both disabled and on disability. There was a very big misunderstanding regarding our rent because of our bank account being hacked into as well as a discrepancies with our ssi to which we had the bank willing to speak on our behalf and had verification from ssi . We gave them a $100 in good faith to show them we were trying to get the issues fixed as well as Salvation Army pledged $200 to help us to which they never bothered to let anyone know they recieved it so the young lady that works ar Salvation Army had them stop payment on the check since the owner had us thrown out with nothing but the clothes on our backs. They even called animal control on our dogs. I feel they were watchin our house while I left to go get a treatment. When we came back they were in the house refusing to let us get any clothes medical records things for our dogs meds etc.. if u rent from them be very cautious as they state they are Christians! Nothing about this company is Christian! When I called to resolve the issue I was asked a question but before I could answer she went nuts on me!

They only care about profit. From the very beginning anytime we had issues, when we reported them they just blew it off. Mice in the house from the day we moved in, reported and never resolved, took over a month for a dishwasher to be fixed, AC and heat were not hooked up properly which was an extra expense to figure it out not through them, one bathroom wasn't even usable bc it smelled like straight sulphur bc shortcuts were taken on the plumbing. These are only a few issue, wouldn't recommend them to anyone under any circumstance. The only person who tried to help was the office manager.
