Hotel staff was very accommodating and constantly strived to assist me whenever possible. Rooms were clean and upkeep was also continuous throughout the weeks I stayed.

Great rooms! Amazing staff!! Very welcoming, I felt right at home. I needed to make some copies and they were very accommodating. I was traveling with students and had even checked out of the hotel. Then had to go back to make a couple more copies and they were so gracious to allow me to do so. I'm in the area often and will definitely make this my home away from home.

The hotel was very nice Kudos to management and the entire staff!! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Thanks a ton!

Check in process started out just fine. Made it to the room and tried to turn on the TV as there was severe weather in the area. No remote. Front desk gentleman was super fast in bringing and programming a remote. Unfortunately, the only number that worked on the remote was 3, and you couldn't adjust the volume.
The room itself had several dirt stains all over the walls. The bedding and pillows are what you'd expect from any Holiday Inn Express. That's where the similarities ended. The towels amd shower mat in the bathroom were all stained. The shower curtain was badly stained and looked like it hadn't been washed in months. The water pressure was bad unless you used the smaller setting on the shower head.
The doors do not block much noise at all, I recommend leaving your fan on to block what noise you can.
The hotel has no vending machines. Instead, you rely on the embarrassingly poorly stocked Sundry area. The laundry was also out of order all week.
Breakfast was your usual HIE breakfasts, which is ok; however the hot water spout has oatmeal caked all over it and wasn't cleaned for the entire week I was there.
I'll be staying at the Hampton Inn for my Stillwater stays going forward.
