Single worst retail customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Went in looking for some sandals and just shopping around for a pair. After asking to try some on, I decided I wasnt a huge fan of them and told the associate thank you but that I would hold off for now. He then proceeded to say youre seriously not going to guy them?! In the rudest voice Ive ever heard. He then proceeded to lecture condescendingly on how we just need to be educated on them and why they are good shoes. I cant imagine what would possess someone to badger and belittle someone into purchasing an item they dont want. I will never feel comfortable in this store again l.

They have a great selection of name brand shoes, unfortunately, no one ever asks to help you. I have been in numerous times and am always so disappointed in their customer service.

The older man behind the counter who I believe to be the owner was very rude when I tried on a shoe that I ended up not liking. He proceeded to rant about how it was the "best shoe in the US" and how it is good enough for most people. Prior to that exchange nobody paid my friend and I a lick of attention to see if we needed any help finding something. Maybe we weren't well-dressed enough to deserve the help? Just atrocious customer service. I guess one can afford to be so eaten up with arrogance when they are running a business out of a small town. I ended up buying my birkenstocks online same day instead because the thought of supporting this business made my skin crawl.
