Love the style and selection at this place. My husband looks amazingly beautiful in his new clothes. The store is clean with truly beautiful people who are very helpful.

I bought sunglasses here for work and literally they snapped while wearing them cheaply made and their service didnt care and didnt want to exchange them cause they still had the screws in them why would both screws need to be broken for it to be exchanged that would be a hard fall seems like they dont care much for customers and more about what and how much they can sell that day I would rather wear gas station glasses these these days even tho they always bragging about their prices I wouldnt shop here its just not the same as it was in 2012 and 2013

My wife went there today 12/23/2022, and a staff member told her that he had walked in on female while she was changing, she didnt hear me knock. She said he had told her this in a creepy manor. Needs more female staff.

I returned a $40 tank top in September, I used my card, and the money was never returned...
I have tried to talk to customer service, yet here it is, almost December, and I have yet to get my money back... I'll never shop at buckle again...
