Based on the reviews, I asked Bison Plumbing to come out and unstop three sinks, possible run a rooter out to the alley if necessary and replace the insides of the toilet that ran all the time. I trusted them to do the work and went on about my own work while they were here. They were here one hour and charged me $500 dollars. They told me the outside didn't need cleaned out and the sinks and toilet were all fine. Within two days all the drains were slow again and my daughter had to replace the flapper on the toilet because they hadn't done that, either. I try to keep my business local, but I will find a new plumber when I need one again. If there was a rating lower than one star I would definitely use it.

Very pleased with the work that was performed installing all new drain pipes and water hoses under the kitchen sink. Replaced new water lines in bathroom and put in a new toilet. Left both areas cleaned, and all trash removed. Very polite gentlemen. Definitely will use this company again! Thank you Bison Plumbing!

First the office and schedule person is great and was super responsive. They came out the day our water heater went out and by the next day the old one was gone and the new one was in and running great. Everyone that was in our house was friendly and informative. And they found us at the end of the end of the end of the road.
