Last year, he came out to fix a tub drain issue. He was a couple hours later than scheduled. Took him a long time to figure out the problem. Once he found the issue, he said he would bring the part the next day to fix it. Two WEEKS later he finally came and replaced the part. The shower was unable to be used the entire time. He was not professional in his work or his attitude towards us. Currently we thought we would give them another chance. So we called them last Friday to fix an issue with the same shower. He said he would be here Monday. Called him back on Monday and he said he would be here Tuesday at 2pm or shortly after. Its Tuesday and past 5:30 pm and he is a no show and refuses to answer the phone or respond to voicemails left. The leak is now bad enough we have to replace a lot of items. Whereas we could have already had another plumber come fix the issue and wouldnt be out even more money for the water damaged items. Damaged item now include drywall, bathroom vanity, flooring, and that doesnt include the items that were damaged in the room next to the bathroom where the water leaked into the other room.
