    David helped me out when no one else could. I went to every other parts store and no one was able to help find my part or really attempted to look. Everyone in this store was friendly and tried to help in anyway they could but David really pulled it through for me!

    Damn good parts store. Yeah there is a lot of companies that sell automotive stuff stuff but over the years I've realized that these guys are the ones that get you your stuff the fastest and cheapest without it failing upon installing. Maybe you feel different but in my experience with life you cat go wrong choosing advanced over the others.

    Needed a hard to find convenience battery for a MB 550SL. I tried Costco, Auto Zone, & 2 other places before calling Advance Auto at 67th & Memorial. They had 5 in stock. They had it ready for me when I arrived. When they saw I was physically handicapped, they carried it out to my car & refused the tip. Very rare for a city that usually hates & discriminates against the handicapped. Well done!

    The other day I went to buy jumper cables and my friend and I didnt use to it on my car so I went back to the store and bought a battery and tools. They were $226 and they told me they would give me $22 dollars if I brought back my old car battery. The same day, after a few hours, I brought the old battery and the jumper cable (which I never used) to return them. I got the money back for the battery but not the jumper cable, 3 employees were giving me a hard time and not returning it even though I bought both on the same credit card. Then the girl I was speaking to called the manager, Brandon, and he told her to give me back only $22 since I didnt have the receipt. And they wouldnt give me the $22 on my card, they wanted to give it to me in a store card even though I didnt want it. They told me to bring back the receipt tomorrow and theyd refund me. I took it back the next day with a receipt and interacted with a 4th rude employee that wouldnt return it and went back to the same manager, Brandon, and he said he wouldnt return it. I ripped up the receipt and threw away the jumper cable. They didnt know how to interact with customers at all, they need to ask their coworkers for everything and you never get an answer from them. In ever store, the return time is at least two weeks, in this dumb place, they only give you 5 minutes. All the employees knew nothing and the manager lied to me.
