        If I could give zero stars I would! I prepaid for a luxury SUV at $250/day. When I got to the airport they did not have it, but gave me a standard SUV. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to call an 800 number. I did and they offered to give me 10% back which was nothing. Theres an BIG difference between a luxury suv and a standard suv. After more complaining they gave me 40% off, which was far from the price one could rent a standard SUV on many other sites at $70/day maximum. Upon returning the vehicle at the airport I was told to call Budget again because there was no refund listed. The car was at best 1/4 tank full when I received it. Budget is a complete rip off and waste of time!! Dont use them!!! And if you still cant resist for some reason, don't prepay!!

        Look at your receipt carefully. I prepaid for my rental and they tried to add more money to my final bill and I returned it with a full tank of gas. Dont try to cancel your rental either, youll get hit with a $150 cancellation fee.

        If I could give zero I would. The car was brought back on a one way by the 8 CST or 9 EST. Charged me 200 dollars because of one hour.
