Budget Car Rental

ABSOLUTE WORST, and I meant WORST experience EVER. We had a reservation for 6pm. It said to pick up the car at SIX in the evening. So we show up at 6pm, as advised to do so, and it looks closed. We see the sign says they close at 6pm. When we showed up there was a car parked and running out front so my boyfriend thought, oh maybe they left it running for us. So my boyfriend is inspecting the car to see if maybe it were for us and the RUDEST person walks outside and starts going in on us about how that was her personal car and how we better back off because this is downtown and she stated she had already locked up and couldnt help us, yata yata. If youre worried about being downtown. Maybe dont leave your car running and UNLOCKED at a CAR RENTAL service. Idiots work here lmao. Anywho, if you want a free silver Honda Pilot the POS working there has it unlocked and running by 6pm enjoy!!

We were in a bind when Hertz didnt have a rental after we had booked with them. Being the weekend, we were in a bind. We looked everywhere in town and finally got a hold of one last car at this location. We only had 10 minutes before they closed to book a new reservation with this Avis location downtown. Tia was working and was incredibly helpful and efficient. She really saved the day on this one and on a really bad day for us, she really helped us out. Im forever thankful for the help and will be using this location again just because of Tias phenomenal customer service. Thank you!

BEWARE!!! .. they rent on a first come first served basissooo tht means even if you booked your car a month ahead the guy who booked his a hour ago can come and get your reservation if your running behind.then youll be forced to sit around and wait as cars show up so be on time or dont bother
