I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for 20+ years. My experience with his office staff and he has ALWAYS been top notch until I spoke with a staff member today who was condescending and rude. I was trying to ensure I was clear on the new online forms to complete and to discuss a change in my insurance as I recently retired and am on a Medicare Supplement plan. The person I spoke with talked over me and continued to cut me off. I am very disappointed and have elected to seek another dental office for services. This makes me sad because I never expected to be talked to the way the person spoke to me.

Crossroads was an amazing experience for coming to the dentist. They took care if me and told me what I needed. I will be coming back. Everyone was really nice and welcoming.

The best dental cleaning Ive ever had!! Im so pleased with the level of caring, honesty, and treatment toward customers.
I have new beautiful crowns but the teeth are getting too tight which is too difficult to floss. My gum started to bleed a little and I was worried that gingivitis would develop and my teeth would be ruined in a matter of time.
I came to Crossroads Dental and Implant and talked to their dental hygienist, Amy, about my concerns. She cleaned the plague carefully and explained to me how to use the floss of all types and the electric brush correctly. She also let me know where to get the rinse suitable for my condition.
In short, highly highly recommended!!
