Absolutely would not recommend this location. Was told over the phone before I rented, it would be no problem if I didnt have my physical lic. I had a picture and plenty more gov. Docs with me. She stated that she wasnt going to do it because she needs to physically hold my license . I begged this woman (Brenda) letting her know how urgent it was and would and could bring it back same day. She said No! They always borrow my vans and bring them back filthy. Im not sure who They is but Im assuming since Im a minority thats who They is. So in other words if I looked like her it would be no problem. Since I dont Im dirty and untrustworthy. Sounds like a shmascist to me.

Booked online for a Truck rental. Went to pick it up and had to call because they were closed. A lady answered and stated she cancelled the reservation because she doesn't have a truck. She said she called and left a message but no record of her calling. Even checked online and nothing. Why couldn't the website send a message stating it's been cancelled. I'd go with another company besides budget. I lost 350 dollars on the movers I hired and had to send them on their way. It wasn't there fault. Stick with U-haul.
