        The worker was really rude to me when I arrived. His name was T and after a misunderstanding he corrected me in a crass tone and didnt want to give me the time of day. Then he handed me his managers card as if saying he was saying he wont get in trouble, so go ahead and contact him.

        I have to say the lady on the phone (Felica T) was extremely amazing. She made the reservation on the phone and in person one of the best times I've rented a box truck. The gentleman who checked the box truck coming back was also very curtsies and professional. (I did not get his name) I will definitely be a repeat customer and refer UHAUL over any other rental service. Jeffery Long
