Attention to detail, professionalism, dedicated workers, quality of workmanship - all top notch! Our systems get a lot of use, and the environment has a lot of animal dander, beyond what "normal" use might normally look like. These folks did amazing work. Can't recommend them enough!

After consulting with 3 different companies last December, Oregon Healthy Homes was the obvious choice to remediate some mold in my house and improve the air quality in my house. The expertise and professional service was excellent, old school you could say. - Friendly, informative, and open minded - Communication timely and responsive - serious craftsmanship and thoroughness. All members of their team were confident, focused and careful. I turned out to have some complex issues affecting my air quality. I was concerned that the extent of the challenges would scare them off and I wouldnt get things resolved. They responded with calm and determination. We had to have several return visits to do air testing and adjustments to equipment. They were always professional and seemed engaged as if it was their house and werent going to stop until things were put right. Im very appreciative of their commitment to their work and my house.

I reached out to Jake with Oregon Healthy Homes after completing some mold mitigation in my home. Jake was professional and responsive and worked with me on schedule when an unanticipated house issue caused me to have to reschedule twice. Jake provided detailed information on the duct cleaning process with my opting for a sanitizing agent that is fogged into the HVAC system. Colby arrived on time, set down floor protection throughout, ran a negative air machine during the work, explained the process, showed me the camera results in the ducting, and checked in at the end on any questions or concerns. He was friendly, polite and careful in his work. Jake followed up to ensure things went well and offered air report results and potential additional services to improve air quality. I found my entire experience positive and professional and highly recommend their company to others seeking similar support.
