        Kathy was my tax agent; she was sincere, charming, fun to be around, but professional. The session went by very quick, Kathy informed me of everything I needed to know and answered my questions very well. I will be back and highly recommend her excellent service.

        Nobody can trust reviews on google anymorethis place is terrible. I did my research before finding a place to do our taxes and saw this had good reviews. This place was so dirty, finger nails and dirt accumulated on the floor. We thought Kathy would explain certain things about our taxes but she was rude when asked questions and treated us like we were stupid. Fees are extremely high, not worth it. Save yourself time and go somewhere else

        Once again this year,2024 we had the privilege and pleasure of having Kathy prepare our tax returns. She is a phenomenal tax preparer, very knowledgeable and personable. She knows taxes and is up to date on all the changes the IRS makes, especially with Sch C. the only reason we stay with Jackson Hewitt, is because of her. She never makes us feel rushed, is pleasant, personable, and as for the reviews that say otherwise, I take it with a grain of salt. She goes above and beyond. If she ever leaves Jackson Hewitt, so will we, and I am sure a lot of other clients. We expect the best service and she delivers, every time! Kathy Boutilier is the best tax consultant we have ever used, and will continue to use. She is knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and very knowledgeable about the IRS tax laws and all the changes. We have complete and absolute faith in her and know that our taxes will be done right. We have used CPA's, and other tax preparation firms and did not find nearly the level of knowledge, professionalism and quality of customer service that we have found with Kathy. We followed her from H& R Block, and we will always follow her. Highly recommended.
