Horrible experience. First, we called several times to try to confirm the pet policy because they used to allow dogs. They called back after the 4th try. They never answer their phone. We arrived right before 9pm and there was no one at the front desk, and again, no one to answers the calls. Apparently there is an after hours code that we never received, and when we went to complain about it the next morning after scrambling to find another hotel at 9:30 pm, they blamed it on the credit card company we booked though. Just absolutely horrible customer service.

Wifi is AWFUL. Shower; H=ho that's cold, C=Caliente. No gas in the outside heater. $80/ night = great value. Great location, though not beachside. Walkability: Can walk to restaurants and beach easily.

Perfect spot for a short stay in cannon beach. Prime location, easily accessible walk to the shops at cannon beach, and our room we were able to get a kitchenette! Lovely little boutique hotel style inn, with an easy check-in. Only downside was that the second we started to cook eggs on the stove quite literally turned the pan on, heated it up and dropped the egg in, 3 seconds later the fire alarm went off in the room! If youre going to cook in the room open both doors.

Do not stay here, no service rooms are loud cramped boxes, this should be condemned.. Just a follow up to the reply below from Haystack... I did call for 3 days before I arrived and never got a call back.. also the day we went to check out, I went to the office 3 times from 8 to 10 am and no one was there.. so how can I tell you of a problem if you are not in the office or return calls ?
