        Very difficult to reach, signed me up for a policy that I did not want. When calling the office back, no one would answer the phone, had to go through corporate for a refund (Must call from a different number, or you will be routed to Blake's office automatically). Took OVER 5 hours of being transferred and hung up on before I was able to talk to someone who would cancel the policy I did not want in the first place.
