        Made an appointment the day prior and was told to text info to them and the appointment would be the following day. Next day came and they were a no call no show. Even tried calling them a few times. Not dependable at all and would NOT recommend

        My water heater went into crisis at 2:00 in the morning, gushing out water. I called Priority Plumbing and they returned the call in reasonable time, were able to come out the same day to assess the situation, and worked us in to an already busy schedule. They even had to make an unexpected trip to Salem to get parts, putting them even further behind. Everyone was friendly, communicated well, and very prompt. Plus they had a better price than the other estimates I got. I highly recommend them! Service: Water heater installation
