    2 star for cleaning staffs, they are very nice guys and I dont want to give more stars than average. Just like other ppl said, it is hot in summer and cold in winter, dont understand why a so new apartment without A/C. Parkings are not so good because there are some slots First Come First Served with paying and if you want fixed parking, you need to pay more money. Officers are not the real manager of the apartment, they are seperate, mostly you need to use app or text to contact the real manager. They charge me $90 carpet cleaning + $180 full cleaning, I dont like that, I have a full clean myself before my leaving and you cant want me to return the apartment as new as no one living. Because I pay the rent to live at there. And about pacakge losing, I dont meet this situation because I almost check it every day, or maybe 1 time but I am not sure whether the package not delivered or missing. I think the reason why package always losing is because from Monday to Friday, office door are not closed so every one could come, and packages are just in the office building.

    Living here was an absolute nightmare. Crime runs rampant and management is ill-equipped and unwilling to do anything about it. Shootings, package thefts, grand theft auto - you name it, The Arbory has it. The icing on the cake is they went through the trouble to install security cameras that DO NOT WORK and HAVE NOT WORKED for a long time. Seriously? You have cameras mounted on the ceiling and they dont work? Haven't worked for a long time? This is incredibly misleading security for the residents. I would have loved to have the camera footage of the criminals who stole my car from the "secured" parking garage and rammed it through the "security" gate. Speaking of which, The Arbory loves to say how willing they are to cooperate with law enforcement. The only cooperating they do is when they tell law enforcement their cameras are inoperable. The move out experience was another great example of how poorly managed this place is. It's almost impossible to talk to a human from the leasing office and internal communication is NON-EXISTENT. I was overcharged for the last month's pro-rated rent by $244.53 citing a completely different move out date than what was agreed. I had to fight tooth and nail to be reimbursed after numerous ignored emails and phone calls. When I finally did speak with someone from their business office, they attempted to persuade me to let them hold the amount in question and apply it to a "cleaning fee". I refused, and sure enough the final move out statement was $0!! If you value your time, money, security, and sanity, then do yourself a favor by never living here. Edit: Madison sounds like a broken record with the copy & pasted replies. Another great example of how little The Arbory/UDR actually cares.

    I give it one star because there is no zero option, this complex is really a disaster and a nightmare, I have never lived in a complex that was so poorly managed by the people in their offices, in my case I have had many problems with many things but I really exploded with the last thing that they entered my apartment supposedly to check something about the fire alarms without my authorization and without anyone being inside my apartment and they have stolen a very expensive watch from me and no one answers me and every time I write by email No one answers me, the electric garage gate has been broken for more than 4 months and they have not repaired it and everyone enters that parking lot and loads vehicles that are not authorized. When I enter my house the doors have a nest of cobwebs on them. everywhere !!!! paying 2475.00 dollars for this nonsense, I really recommend that no one move here if they don't want to live a terrible nightmare

    Living here was not a pleasant experience and I was SO excited to leave. I can attest to everything mentioned in these 1-star reviews. Package theft, bike theft, grand threft auto, a long-term broken garage door, a shooting, and non-operable cameras make you feel very unsafe in your own home. In addition, you will experience extreme cold in the winter, extreme heat in the summer, and noise from neighbors through thin walls and floors, all due to poor construction. Sleeping might be tricky due to the constant noise from busy Amberglen Pkwy that people evidently love to drag race on at all hours of the night. When you inevitably come into a problem, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of property management and talk to an actual person. They are quite frankly the worst communicators and the most unorganized professional team you will ever meet. I would suggest running far away from the Arbory. With one bedroom apartments surging up to $2,000 a month, I can guarantee that you will be able to find an apartment with more bang for your buck where you actually feel safe and like more than just a paycheck to corporate.
