An order we requested from a family member fell through for another family members milestone birthday. Kelly was able to create a lovely arrangement using her unique design ability! She added her special touches and worked with us personally indicating how committed she is to pleasing customers and how she strives for their joy in flower giving.

I had a terrible experience with avas flowers and I was in a bad place 2 days before valentines day. Kelly stepped her game up and was able to get me the flowers I needed and very fast. She worked with me on when my availability was, and the finished product was beautiful. I went to pick it up on my bike, as I don't drive. And Kelly decided she would do a free delivery because she didn't want the product getting damaged. Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience. Ten times out of ten if I need flowers, I'm going here.
