Cant call this Flower shop the phone number doesn't let you call in, they left off my Chocolates and a Premium Greeting Card, I was surprised to even get my flowers delivered finally showed up at 5:30pm, they are associated with Rita's Florist in Orange County CA and their 800 number no one answers, Do not use either one of these Scam Artists! Super Scam!!! Stay Away!

My aunt order a gift basket from this place for my dad for his 70th birthday. She requested no candy or sugary items be included as he is diabetic. When the basket arrived it was almost all sugary items. My parents and my aunt tried to contact the company but the numbers provided were invalid, my mom even tried showing up to the address listed for the business and it was not there. This place is a total scam!

I ordered a 70th Birthday & Retirement gift basket from Ava's on line. I specifically requested foods cheeses crackers meats ABSOLUTELY no items with sugar since my Dear Brother-in-law is Diabetic. I repeated this several times in the order process. Ava's assured me it would be a nice basket which I paid a lot of money for. Same day delivery was assured. Ava's used Bonsai Florist in Hillsboro where my brother lives. The basket when delivered in the evening, appeared to be a kids Easter basket handle included!! It was just left on the porch...I gave them my sisters phone # to notify her when the basket would be delivered. She saw it sitting on the porch when she looked out the window, no notice of delivery!! The basket was full of JUST CANDY & sweets, a couple pieces of bruised fruit!! Not one item I ordered & paid for was delivered late as well. I was angry & embarrassed by this. I was told they would go pickup the basket but NOT REPLACE it!!!My sister took the basket with the candy and drove to their street location posted on line when we discovered their phone # did not work. It doesn't exist! She said warehouses, NO FLORIST exists there. I'm angry that a company like Ava's supposedly reputable is using this type of tactic for getting money at the expense of its customers!!I'll be posting on Ava's response next!Buyer Beware...there is NO Bonsai Florist in Hillsboro, Oregon, or probably not in Portland also listed with the nonexistent phone #. I would like to give both a minus star!!

First, the phone number listed is not in service. Second, the website is not a valid website. I ordered through Teleflora (my CC had a rebate if I used the deal on their website), so I did not have any idea which florist they would use. I assumed it would be a reputable one. I ordered almost $100 worth of flowers for a retirement party. Flowers never showed up, even though I paid extra to have them delivered before a certain time (before 1pm). At 1:30, I called and asked Teleflora to cancel the order, because the retiree had already gone home, and that was her last day working there. Teleflora said they could not cancel the order until they spoke with the flower shop to confirm the order was not delivered. I asked who the flower shop was, and Teleflora said they could not disclose that information. About 10pm (supposed to have been delivered before 1pm) the flowers were delivered. The note on the card has all of the flower shops info on it, so I know it was this shop. They still will not answer the phone (I don't know if Teleflora has a different number they're trying to call) and Teleflora will not issue a refund until they speak with them. So, I don't recommend using this company OR Teleflora.
