What a horrific experience.
The elevator did not work for 5 days of my stay, and only started working the night before I left. We as well as elderly people were staying on the 4th or 5th floor, that is completely unacceptable, even more so for a disability friendly hotel.
The room we got was disability friendly, even though neither of us are disabled. It was a very strange design and feeling, it almost felt like living in a massive dollhouse. The room was so strangely designed and the bed was a very weird size for 2 people. The tap under the cupboard was very difficult to reach, if I was disabled I wouldn't think that I would want to stay here.
The room cleaning service was absolute garbage. In my 2 week stay, they cleaned the room 1 time, and when they did that they left the duvet on the bed uncovered, but made the bed?
The toilet got blocked and we had to go down the stairs to fetch a plunger from reception and unblock it ourselves.
The hotel is pretty dirty all around, including the tables and chairs in the common lobby area. The parking is really challenging and does not have a lot of parking available, especially with a large car.
The breakfast and even the social food was absolutely horrendous and such little variety. The sausages didn't even taste real, the freshly baked muffins were so dry, the waffle batter was lumpy, runny and at times brown, it was absolutely disgusting. The social had one pot of mini meat balls and then baked ravioli that tasted disgusting? The breakfast area was always unclean and the kitchen was too.
Some of the staff are very friendly and kind, but can also be very talkative. However, the staff member on the first night, wouldn't let me check in unless I paid with my own credit card (for a business trip) almost $2000!? At about 23:45 when I couldn't get hold of anyone from my company. Almost left us to stay outside. When 3 minutes before midnight I booked a room with points and they still charged me $30 dollars after that to get the room. They know my company and have a lot of people from my company staying there, yet they absolutely refused to let me get a room for the night.
Then every single time we went downstairs, the room card would stop working, and we had to get a new one. Eventually we had about 15 room cards. This was incredibly annoying.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and I will ensure that I never have to stay there again. I will also tell my company not to use this hotel anymore.
All in all an absolutely disgusting experience, unacceptable.

Service is great, hot breakfast room is clean. But close to main road intersection, very noisy at night and early morning.
