BottleDrop Express - Hillsboro

Needs new owner that is willing to keep business going. Self serve is out of order and as Im writing this review literally 3 people had to leave because the thing is overflowing. Seriously Ridiculous!! How many more bad reviews before something gets done?

Nice that the machines are under cover. However, the weather was not our problem today. The room behind both doors for the bottle drop plus program, was absolutely jam packed. We were somehow able to slip our allowed # of bags in, but yikes! Another lady came by and said she's never seen it so full. She came by just last week and it was completely empty so I guess it's emptied occasionally??

Just repeating what everyone else has said. This so called BottleDrop express location is always full and their kiosk is ALWAYS out of order Im only writing a review in Hopes that if enough people write BottleDrop or Fred Meyers will finally get the hint and fix the issues at hand. I understand this is a BottleDrop problem but Im sure Fred Meyers could do something to get BottleDrops attention and fix or attempt to fix the fact that no one can ever drop off ANY bags. Maybe writing letters or sending emails directly to BottleDrop about this location would help get this place noticed and ultimately back to working the way a BottleDrop Express location is supposed to work!!
