This branch (7393 NE Butler St) completely messed up my taxes by THOUSANDS of dollars! I went to them to fix it and they were more than happy to correct their first mistakes and then add THOUSANDS of dollars of different mistakes!
Then they completely ghosted me and refused to help. The manager just stopped responding to me. A 2nd manager started to help until she realized she was confused at what the problem was, then she went silent too. The CPA that screwed everything up (the 2nd time) told me to "Tell my problems to the state" and said explicitly it wasn't her problem and I'd have to fix it (it was her ignoring information on my tax forms that caused the problem).
Horrible company with zero ethics. I had to go pay another firm to fix all or H&R Blocks mistakes.
On top of all that, I had paid for their "Peace of Mind" guarantee. This meant nothing as do the rest of their "guarantees."
Avoid like the plague.
(So far I'm in the hole over $3600 wholly because of mistakes made by this branch.)
