        Very nice looking place. I went to Sunway as i have many times and Google keeps thinking i went here. Sisters in law stayed here an loved it if that helps

        The hotel itself is really nice! The room was big and quiet. The room was not very clean at all. There were 'greasy marks' on the surfaces and old urine on the toilet. (Gross!) The front desk attendant seemed bothered when I went to ask him a question. We shortened our stay and went somewhere else. Rooms: Large, quiet room. If clean we would have been quite happy to stay here. Noteworthy details: Very pretty hotel. Cleaning staff should be more thorough and desk staff should be more hospitable. The grand staircase is very pretty, wide and easy to climb. Not having an elevator to our room didn't bother us.
