Michael,Hello, our rooms have new coffee machines, coffee, creamer, sugar, teas and brand approved coffee. We even go a step forward and offer a variety of teas and coffees in the office and additional coffee, in addition to Keurig is even provided for your comfort in the lobby. We also provide an Express Breakfast to overnight guests. Our staff does go above and beyond to assist our guests. We do have select pet-friendly and no pet allergy-free rooms to accommodate a variety of guests. Our establishment does have a pet fee and if you are unhappy about that, then that is due to taking care of our staff who does a deeper cleaning for guests staying in those units. The front desk was kind to you but if you think they are unkind because we charge a pet fee then that is not accurate. We list this in our policies prior to checking in. I'm sorry you were not happy about the pet fee. Thank you.Management

Mayra,Hello, you used the towels in your room to wipe your vehicle off. So, that is not okay because these towels are used for guests and for human use only. So, you did get charged for damaging our towels and returning them as black towels with rocks on them. We told you that you can keep those since we had to charge you for them. This is written on your registration card that if you soil or excessively damage items in the unit, you will be charged. Also, I know you were pretty frustrated that Oregon has a room tax. We did not charge you an additional rate. We do not have sales tax in this State right now. However, there is a lodging/room tax that we are required to charge you. I really suggest that you contact the location where you are going to stay at and make sure you are okay with the prices, understand the taxes, understand the additional charges and policies that could apply if you damage something. I do not think you should book a unit until you are absolutely clear and comfortable. It is not okay for you to yell at the front desk and be rude to the front desk person when they are explaining to you that there is a hotel room tax that the county sets and they have no control over that. Terry,Hello, we appreciate your feedback. We just upgraded to brand new furniture when we switched to brand, recently. They have came and inspected our units. So, everything should be up to standards. The bed is a newer posturepdic, pillowtop mattress. We understand that not every bed will work for everyone but people often ask us where we can purchase this bed model. There should be no coffee pots in the bathroom at all. We have a designated location for coffee pots in the main room or suite bar. We have checked the unit and will continue to keep an eye on it to make sure all is well. Fystin,Hello, we are here at the office 24/7 to assist with any concerns or questions that you have. We went back to see if there were any issues with your door closing and it closes just fine. Now, if you would have let the front desk know, we could have helped you. All of our rooms are supervised and checked daily and updated. So, everything should be available for you. Again, if you did not understand the wifi code that was given to you upon the check in process, we would have gladly assisted you. Our suggestion would be to notify the front desk as we are not able to read your mind. We cannot assist you if you do not communicate to us that something is wrong or that you need help.
