Working as a care manager and guardian in Portland and Eugene, we have multiple clients and protected persons who are current residents of The Springs at different locations. We are often navigating difficult situations in tandem with the facilities we choose for our people. The Springs at Carman Oaks has been understanding, accommodating, and patient. There is a strong and flowing line of communication between management and the care teams of the individuals in their care. The staff we proudly work with at The Springs on a regular basis are personable warm and inviting. I always feel comfortable bringing questions or concerns to management, and the tough conversations are welcomed and navigated with care. I would recommend The Springs at Carman Oaks to individuals and families looking for top tier amenities and peace of mind that time and space will always be made by those running the show!
