In my opinion, patience and communication are two of the most important attributes when working with a realtor. Jason possesses both of these qualities. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Buying a house is a huge decision and my husband and I had many questions and concerns during our house hunting journey. Jason answered all of our questions with in-depth explanations and this allowed us to fully understand what we were doing and why it was necessary. He was always available and communicated how each part of the entire process would move forward. He gave us sound advice and thoroughly understood the housing market in the area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, he was good-natured and patient throughout our home buying process. We worked with Jason to find our new home in Bend, Oregon this year. Jason was so helpful, attentive, patient, and kind. Not only would he show us anything we asked to see, he also sought out additional homes he thought we would be interested in seeing. He offered helpful insight when we were looking for homes that we would never have considered based on what we had commented on or mentioned being a priority. We could not have asked for a better realtor. Once we did decide our home was for us, he helped us work assertively toward getting this home in a highly competitive market. Jason is fantastic to work with! He strategized to help us receive an offer with a quick turn around time, provided excellent communication throughout the process, and expertise in the process. The house needed extensive work and Jason know the right people to get in touch with who eventually purchased the house. As a licensed broker in another state, I highly recommend working with Jason for the sale or purchase of your home.

10/10 recommend, Jason was amazing ! Ill start by saying that when I first saw my dream home listed on Zillow it was after 5 pm. I really didnt expect anyone to answer, but I called the listing number and Jason answered and was helpful from the start. I set up a time the following day to see the home, he also scheduled a few other homes in my price range to make it worth my while. Jason was flexible with his schedule and I met with him an additional time before I made an offer on the home I loved. Jason was very timely and knowledgeable, I ended up having to counteroffer to the seller due to multiple offers. I asked Jason for his advice for the new offer and went with it. The following day, my offer was accepted ! My closing date was short of 30 days and Jason was able to schedule multiple property inspectors within days to make sure I was informed of the condition of the home. We closed on time, and he made the home buying process painless. When I buy my next home, Ill be using Jason again !

Jason was very professional guiding us and explaining all the stuff necessary to buy the lot my wife And I wanted to buy. Jason even help us close early. the process went very smoothly thanks to Jason, now we own the property and were so happy with this achievement.
