        I felt that both Delita and Imer treated my potential sale just as enthusiastically as if my home value was 1 million dollars. They were responsive and on top of the process. I am not sold on the dual representation arrangement because my experience buying this home 15 months ago was not comparable in regards to the condition of the property when I moved in. Also, the communication between Delita and Imer could improve. Imer was particularly upbeat and positive. Delita was adept at reducing the blows of news when things didn't go as I had hoped.
