Labcorp at Providence Milwaukie Hospital

Business Hours posted were 7am-3pm. I arrived at 2:20 and discoved a sign stating the lab was closed. The security guard confirmed that the lab was closed. I had moved several other appointments around to get there by 2:30 today, very frustrating.

I waited for 2 hours. When they finally called me, they didn't have the order for my labs; said I should have brought the printed material. So I have to go again. Not happy. NO ONE TOLD ME I NEEDED TO PROVIDE THAT INFORMATION TO LAB CORPS. Communication between Providence and everyone who needs labs must improve.

the nurse who took my blood was super nice however the office DID lose my blood so....not so great lmaooo

Since Providence has changed their lab to Lab corp, it has been inconvenient to have blood work done, its honestly like going to the DMV. Every location Ive been to from Bridgeport to St Vs and Milwaukie are all walk-ins and the line is approximately a 1-2 hr wait.

I just waited 2 hrs for one lab draw. Luckily I had today off from work but this is a barrier for your patients who do work full time jobs. I would also love to be able to schedule appointments for lab draw in advance. The staff were fine but clearly stressed about the amount of patients sitting in the lobby.
