We recently had our well pump fail. The Shilo crew came out the same day to diagnose the issue and replaced the pump the following day. Im super happy with the workmanship and the service they provide!

I moved to the area and reached out to the community because the water, even conditioned, is terrible. Many recommended Shiloh Water Systems. At the beginning of November, I called. It took about a week for someone to come out. It took another couple of weeks to get a bid for a WH RO system. The bid came in at 14k, more than double what my neighbors said they paid for their system. I asked about a drinking water system and was told their was a special for the month of December for a couple thousand. I said lets move forward with that option. Two weeks go by and not a word. I called the office twice and was told that my rep was out of leave but someone else would call but no call. Then 10 days ago, the rep showed up to my house without any appointment to take photos and I was told I would receive something the next day. I still have not received anything, Very disappointed.
