These guys are top notch. We had no water and called two other companies and shilo called back and with 15 mins they were onsite. Turns out we needed a new well pump. Within 4 hours a new head and pipe were installed. They even brought out 500 gallons of water. We'll be calling them again next time for sure!!

We recently had our well pump fail. The Shilo crew came out the same day to diagnose the issue and replaced the pump the following day. I’m super happy with the workmanship and the service they provide!

Thank you for being there for me and my family. We had a break in the main line coming in to the pump house and two residences were out of water. It took a complete over haul of the system but you folks made time for us and Travis did a great job, even staying late to get the system up and running. The bill I got was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges. You are the only ones that will work on my system. Thanks again.
