Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Friendly, helpful staff, car was clean and ready, pickup and drop off went smoothly. Unlimited milage makes this a better deal than the closer local car rental company. I put close to 1,000 miles on the car in the four days that I had it, paying a milage fee (plus gas) would be an issue.

I set up a car rental from Newport Oregon to Seattle Washington. I set everything up over the phone with the staff at the Newport location. They told me the drop location I wanted wouldnt be any problem and to drop it off at the scheduled 4:30 time. Come to find out that location closed at 1:00 and when I called customer service they said I couldnt do an after closing drop off at that location. This trip was for work and this issue ended up causing a delay in being able to start my job and brought on a lot of stress. Very disappointed in the customer service and lack of accurate information.

They wouldn't pick up their phone all day. When we got there, it took a half an hour to get help and then they gave us a Volkswagon Golf rather than the full size that was paid for.
