I had been seeing Dr. Redman for years without complaint until one day when I went in with a tooth which had been injured and subsequently loosened. I was told that not only that tooth but all 4 of the bottom front teeth needed to be pulled as I would lose them eventually. Dr. Redman insisted I have a full arch maxillary impression done that day to record the placement of my teeth. I trusted Dr. Redman so I did as recommended. I was then referred to a specialist who after an exam disagreed with Dr. Redman's treatment plan. He agreed that the loose tooth couldn't be saved but believed the other 3 could be viable for years as long as I took proper care of them. The specialist informed me that there had been no need for the impression as it would never be used. Subsequently, the 1 tooth was pulled, an implant was placed, and the other 3 teeth are healthy. When I informed Dr. Redman's office that his prognosis was faulty and the impression hadn't been needed I was told it was "standard procedure" and that Kim (Dr. Redman's wife) would review the chart and speak to Dr. Redman about my complaint and request for a refund. After more than a month I still hadn't heard from them so called back but was told by Kim she hadn't yet had a chance to review or talk to Dr. Redman. We had the same discussion again with her telling me how professional and skilled Dr. Redman was as a dentist to which I replied that in this instance he was completely wrong. At this point I told her I was tired of arguing about it, the point being that I should have been given his recommendation and just allowed to decide for myself whether I wanted to have the impression made rather than convinced it was necessary in that moment. Since I wasn't given that option and the impression wasn't needed and would never be used I should be given a refund rather than the runaround. I finally filed a complaint with the Board of Dentistry as I'm out $380 for a procedure that was completely pointless and I'm completely frustrated at the lack of consideration given by this office after so many years. As I live on a fixed income this is an expense I can't afford and never should have been charged. I feel like I was scammed and would never trust this office again to do what was in my best interest.

I just came from Neal Redmans office. Ive been seeing Neal for my dentistry since 1994. At that time, I feared the dentist. Dr. Redman and his staff there at Olive Street dental do a wonderful job of making you comfortable and relaxed. I cant Thank Dr. Redman, Courtney, Jen and Tonya enough for taking such great care of me all these years. I would highly recommend this group of folks to take great care of you whenever you need dental work!

Dr. Redman and his staff are very caring and professional, even with nervous and upset patients (like myself!. The office is current with all the latest equipment, techniques, and procedures. Dr. Redman and his assistants are happy to explain and answer questions and develop comprehensive treatment plans, and assist with dental emergencies. The front desk staff work closely with insurance plans to maximize benefits. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
