        Woke up on a Sunday Morning and the furnace was not working. My call was immediately answered, again on a Sunday morning. They rounded up any space heaters they could find and drove them to us within minutes. Found out the furnace needed a new board and it was taken care of immediately. We have always experienced great customer service since renting with Bachmeier, but this was way above and beyond. Thank you too everyone at Bachmeier!

        If by chance you decide to rent from them. Or youre considering it. Make sure you take pics of the place before you move out. They will charge you for professional cleaning!!! They charge everyone for this when they move out. Which is NOT ok! Now after moving out I have heard so many stories similar to mine. Had I known I would have never considered renting from them. $2100.00 is a big deposit for a single mom. And to have most taken because he can, is disgusting. I have rented from a few places in Pendleton and one in WW and have never had a property management company keep any of my deposit. **my purple shampoo did leave a stain on the shower wall due to porous paint being painted on the shower walls and bathtub**

      You rented a newly remodeled home. We did a little cleaning you missed, and repaired wall damage your family obviously caused. Very reasonable charges. We also didn't charge you damages for the very large and obvious blue stains all over the bathtub that could not be removed, just the cleaners time trying to scrub it off.I offered multiple times to talk this over with you in person or via zoom so we could explain your charges and compare pictures and you refused to speak to me.I was even going to make some concessions on charges that were obviously yours, just to smooth things over. But again, you refused to speak to me.We are very fair to both our tenants and homeowners. It seems the loudest complaints come from those who think they are owed everything and don't think they can do any wrong.
