This place used to have an old timer that was thorough and polite. The new people that come out are completely different. Really disappointed in the service. Calling does no good either? My wife has used them for 4 years, and quality has tumbled downhill drastically. We will not be using or recommending. Its a shame, lack of integrity.

This is the worst experience ever. The guy who make a schedule for cleaning grease trap keep lying to me. I did schedule 21st August around a month ago( actually they didn't show up right on time first schedule 24th july so I couldn't get service so this is second schedule I made with guy ) But I called them this morning making sure they coming for cleaning grease trap. But he said he didn't make a schedule for today. How come you lie to me . If you think you can't make it today you supposed to call me .but they didn't do that .

excellent customer service and prompt pick up times! Oregon Oils has taken our used cooking oil for 4 years now and we have zero complaints! We will continue to use them for as long as they will have us!
