        Charged for the carpet cleaning 4 months AFTER service was done. We do not appreciate the lack of professionalism and lack of responsibility to have billed when service was done as expected. $200 in this economy is detrimental. No warning given. Absolutely unacceptable knowing the general manager is who pulled our money after his employee failed to do his job correctly 4 MONTHS AGO for not having the correct information. So much for not having our correct information information. THIS IS THEFT.
