        How does this hotel only have a 4.0? It's squeaky clean. Would be a 4.4 on the east coast.

        Enjoyable and relaxing stay...easy check-in and helpful staff. Price was right. Comfy bed, tv, mini fridge, microwave, clean bathroom and quiet room. Room was on the second and was able to park my car within close sight. Good sized pool & hot tub. There are nearby restaurants but you can't beat the complimentary breakfast here: waffles, muffins, yogurt, fruit, and really quite a variety of foods to choose from.

        Location is perfect - central. 10 minutes from anything in Roseburg. Appreciate the indoor pool, though we didnt use it. Bathroom was slightly awkward with the small distance between toilet and wall. Continental breakfast was good. Check in and check out staff were great. Person working the desk overnight was not. She was absent from the desk multiple times when I went to go check, only for me to see her wandering out of one of the guest rooms. (A room that had been pretty loud while it was late). Vending machines were needing maintenance. When I went to let the front desk about this, they seemed to already know and kind of brushed it off. Partner and I had ants in our bed, on top of having torn up sheets. Will NOT be returning. Would love a refund of some kind. Extremely disappointed.
