        I was having problems with cell service. Called tech and they told me to get a new sim. Went to store they refused to install sim and told me my only option was to buy anew phone. If i cant fet the store to follow what the tech people say then im going to a new provider.

        Good customer service. Clean and well kept. Switched from Verizon to Tmobile and I regret it every second. The service is horribly inconsistent. My messages don't send half the time, I don't receive texts half the time, I have no signal in normal areas that I always had service with Verizon at. The same plan I had with Verizon is more expensive at Tmobile. (Even though they advertise that they are cheaper). So location wise, Great location. Carrier wise? Trash. Never get Tmobile.

      Hello Nathan, we apologize for your less-than-ideal experience. That seems pretty unusual for someone at my store to deny processing a SIM card update; we do those types of transactions daily without issue. I know there's an issue currently with some Motorola devices that are not connecting to the network right now. Even with a SIM card change, that wouldn't solve the issue -there's a software problem that needs to be updated by Motorola, no ETA as of my knowledge- which is where the option of an alternative device would be presented. In either case, I'd like to know more about the interaction so I can coach my team to be better for you and the other customers.       Hi Jonathon! I'm glad you enjoyed the store! Your experience with the network is worrisome, though. I know from your experience in the store, that you brought over your own device from Verizon, and while Verizon phones may work with our network, some lack the antennae to pick up all of the frequencies T-Mobile's network uses. Luckily, you can still qualify for one of the new S24s or Pixel 8 Pros for nothing extra on your monthly plan if you want to ensure your phone matches the carrier. Let us know!
