        We went to the Verizon store yesterday to ask about our plan and hopefully cutting some cost to it. We had the best customer service we have ever had with Jake. Jake took the time to explain so many things to us. He acknowledged other customers, but he made us feel like we were his main priority and he was there to help in any way possible. We walked out with 3 new phones and 2 IPads and an amazing monthly bill. If you dont know much about cell phones, but need a trustworthy person to help you navigate your phone, phone choices, and the billgo see Jake. Thank you Jake for your phenomenal customer service and for taking the time with us yesterday.

        I was there at 9:00 am as per the advertised opening time. No one was there when I left at 9:25. This store is apparently very poorly run.

        Clayton spent almost 2 hours troubleshooting and figuring out an issue I had with my phone. They did everything professionally while making me feel very comfortable, I couldnt have asked for better customer service.
