    Check in and out was easy. We stayed in the location off the main property. The room had 2-3 new modern features like a newer head board and some modern decor. My only complaint (and I could be biased, Im a house cleaner but still..) The number of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and settled dust in Windows seals, door frames etc was so gross. It looked like no one has dusted in way too long. Just in general and for the price we paid, I feel like that kind of took away from it. We have stayed here before and might again so hopefully this review will be taken accommodating for possibly us and future travelers.

    EDIT: In response to their reply.they did NOTHING to rectify this situation (which would be a refund). Instead said we no showed and that they have a no refund policy, even though they blatantly lied over the phone before booking and on their website. Avoid AT ALL COSTS. This place is a nightmare. A complete joke. My husband called at 5pm to see if late check in would be available. He spoke to someone who confirmed someone would be there when he got there to check in so he booked the room. It says on their website and in our booking that 24/7 check in is available. He got there at 1am like he said he would be and the place was completely closed. There was a number on the door to call but no one answered it. He was left without a hotel room in the middle of the night and had to go to several other places before he was able to get a room. Their customer service was horrible. The person I spoke to in the Philippines was yelling and speaking over me and refused to transfer me to a manager. She did admit that their website does say 24/7 check in but that it wasnt true. I called the hotel directly and the person I spoke to was nice but said there was nothing that could be done because their manager was out for two weeks. We are reporting the charge as fraud and I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel.
