I am landscape contractor/desiger and I LOVE this service! Everyone here is friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. I save untold hours of frustration locating, picking up and delivering plants to job sites. These guys will find plants from all far flung corners if they are available, pick them up and bring them to your job! I have NEVER gotten a bad plant and I am picky about quality. R&M does all the legwork ad I can go concentrate on growing my business.

Nice owners either at work or outside of work. But when it comes to a driver's safety on the road delivering their product or picking up items from a nursery. They could care less for his or her safety. Such as they require the driver to talk on the cell phone and do text messaging like "instant messaging style" while driving. Which is by all means against Oregon law. If you or someone you know wants to work for this company. Run fast and far from this company. Because 1 lack of safety in driving for the driver and 2 you will get only 1 or 2 days of training on the job. After that you are on your own and have to know all the plant's names. If you don't know how to get to every nursery in the Willamette Valley after 1 or 2 day new on the job. Then 2 you are going to get pressured big time and hate the job already.
