Moved here from a nightmare property owned by cushman and wakefield. The difference is astounding. Ive had 2 small maintenance requests and both times the maintenance men communicated with me professionally and took care of it within 24 hours. Manager also responds to emails quickly.

I lived at River ridge since 2017 and let me say the new management are the reason I moved out These people will try to get every penny they can from you , forget about seeing your deposit again once you move in here they dont care about their residents ! They were quick to message me about leaving a one star review yet when I massaged them with a safety concern they completely ignored it Also to add that the fact that they refuse to give rental references has hurt me a lot in finding a new home , they have added to my stress even after I moved out with this , plus unexpected charges Maintenance is great and always has been , thats the only positive thing I have to say and thats only because Jason has been around since I moved in this place , he is quick and caring Other than that , avoid this place .
