Do Not Move Here! If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The management here is very unprofessional. With the exception of Anuhea, we have had no respect and lots of eye rolls when we are trying to speak with them. They also like to close their offices 15 minutes early. Trying to have guests over? Parking is horrendous! My sisters and I pay for a garage every month and people park their cars so we either can't leave or park in it. The dog park has gotten a little better but not by much. My sisters and I have to watch our dogs to make sure someone doesn't leave raw meat in it again. Maintenance will take months to respond to anything. Not even a message about if they received the work notice. They also told my sisters and I we need to pull our dryer out away from the wall so our clothes can dry all the way. It doesn't help. We also told them our washer was leaking and they said it was fine. so we have a leaky washer and a dryer that doesn't dry our clothes. In the end, I will not be renting at Rivercrest Meadows OR possibly any Greystar Property Management company ever again.

Management has been out of office for weeks and the phone at the leasing office is regularly turned off. They will send workers out to work on the roof of the building with no notice and will avoid communicating with residents at all costs. I've multiple times now woken up to men staring in my windows first thing in the morning. My dog is too terrified to be left home alone as well. We've been trying to get a copy of our water bill for weeks because we believe they are over-charging us and making a profit off of our utilities, which is illegal. Again, there's been no manager on duty for weeks and office employees don't have access to any of the information we need. Don't lease here they're scammers and slumlords.

Leasing office regularly turns their phone off during business hours, they never return calls or messages, and the few times I have gotten through the ONLY person able to answer any of questions or requests conveniently isn't available. Half of the equipment in the fitness center has been broken for months, including every single treadmill, and when I asked when they would be fixed I was told they "don't have it in the budget" A $60 billion company can't afford a few treadmills?

2 stars because the area is pretty quiet and neighbors were all nice. However, rent is way too high, the pool area and gym aren't cleaned often, and there is never any parking anywhere. Also, right by the river, there are drug deals that happen constantly day and night. They also charge your account with many fees after you move out. Would not recommend renting here.

Every Thursday nite and Friday nite there is 50 more cars that should NOT be here it makes it real Difficult to park for people that actually live here.
