I made a pickup order and sent my husband to get it. They told him no one had grabbed the order so they had to go shop for it. Then came back and told him he needed to pay for it because the manager decided to cancel the order. And then proceeded to tell him that the online order was wrong and more than half of the items were unavailable. I spent 158$ that I now have to wait for it be refunded and then spent an additional 60$ to get the 3 items that were available. Do yourself a favor and go to a different ulta. There are zero organizational skills at this store.

I will never return to the Tualatin store. It was difficult to find items I wanted, the prices were high, and of the 5 employees in the store (demos and registers), not once did any of them smile. They looked unhappy, and it made my experience uncomfortable.

Ulta is my kryptonite! It's a one-stop shop for ALL your beauty needs & I absolutely love that!! People I know, who know how much I love Ulta's first reaction is always "Omg! Aren't they expensive?!" But, they're just NOT. Ulta carries anything from Drugstore brands to luxury brands and everything in between. They can fit any budget and aren't any more expensive than let's say places like Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Macy's, and Nordstrom...except they have way cooler stuff!! You can also try any make-up, skincare, and fragrance you want!! They also have a salon and carry an extensive selection of haircare products like Liters of shampoo/conditioner, hair accessories, brushes, and tools. Plus, they always have some sort of sale going on! Their rewards program gives you coupons and discounts, and you can easily earn reward points from every purchase that you can redeem on your next purchase. They also have 3 HUGE sales each year, their "21 Days of Beauty", "Gorgeous Hair Event", and "Love Your Skin Event" which are awesome sales because the big name and luxury brands are 50% off!! When you buy certain products online, you also get free gifts...Free is my favorite price! So, don't be scared off by rumors you've heard from other people about how expensive Ulta is...they're definitely worth checking out if you've never been!! Everything you need to pamper yourself is in one place! It's always been my experience that no matter which location you choose, the staff is always incredibly nice and very helpful! Ask questions and explore Ulta...you'll find cool stuff you didn't even know existed or that you needed! LOL

Great spot for a guy who sticks out like a sore thumb and is shopping for his wife everyone is friendly they give great suggestions and arnt trying to milk you I go here a few times a year and always leave with great stuff for my wife

I made a pickup order and sent my husband to get it. They told him no one had grabbed the order so they had to go shop for it.
