I would give less than 1 star if I could. I booked a hair cut with an Ulta stylist, Sandra Garcia, for my daughter. I received a confirmation email with appointment day and time that was then added to my calendar. We came in today for the appointment and they had no record of the appointment. What a waste of time!!!!!! Don't book any salon appointments here and if you do beware that you may show up and not have an appointment. I have one disappointed child.

I've been going to Hannah K. For the last 3 or 4 years for my brows. She has always been amazing!!! I finally got the courage to get a bikini wax and Hannah proved to be even more amazing than I had thought! She went above and beyond all expectations, walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. She is the best!

Beauty stores are very intimating for me. I never enjoy asking for color match help. Talai was very helpful, kind, and had lots of patience while helping me find the rich shade of foundation. Loved todays experience. Plus got lots of samples. Thank you, Talai!

I made a pickup order and sent my husband to get it. They told him no one had grabbed the order so they had to go shop for it. Then came back and told him he needed to pay for it because the manager decided to cancel the order. And then proceeded to tell him that the online order was wrong and more than half of the items were unavailable. I spent 158$ that I now have to wait for it be refunded and then spent an additional 60$ to get the 3 items that were available. Do yourself a favor and go to a different ulta. There are zero organizational skills at this store.
