My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dan! He was almost too communicative (in the best way), and its clear that he has many years of experience as a realtor. He showed us countless houses, and we put in many offers until we eventually bought our house. It was our first time buying a home, and he walked us through each step and made the process really simple. I will be recommending Dan to all my friends in the area and recommend him to you too! He really made our home buying experience fantastic.

My husband and I had a bit of a bumpy road getting to our closing date (we're officially homeowners as of today, 4/30/21!), but through it all, Vic Polanco of Dan Hardy Properties was there with answers, words of encouragement, and a great "go get 'em" attitude. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were promptly addressed, and he made sure he was readily available via call, text, or email. Additionally, he was very accommodating regarding our availability for showings and any necessary in person meetings, as my husband works overnight and is only really free on weekends. Honestly, once Vic knows what you're after, he is all in, and in it for YOU. You are a person to him, not a paycheck, and I will for sure be recommending him to anybody who asks if I know a good realtor!
